mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">The majority of our time in October was spent completing the preparation of our house for sale.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>By the end of the month, the majority of the preparation was completed and our house went on the market on October 27.</SPAN></SPAN><BR><BR></FONT><SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"><FONT color=#000000><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: #333333; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">In November, we served at the National Missionary Convention in Peoria, Illinois where Joe and another GFA volunteer handed out approximately 500 copies of</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> <EM style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><A href="https://www.gfa.org/offer/freebook/">Revolution in World Missions</A></EM><SPAN style="COLOR: #333333">, we introduced many people to Gospel for Asia for the very first time, and a new missionary was sponsored.</SPAN></SPAN><BR><BR><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: #333333; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">In December, Joe continued contacting churches in the Chicago area to introduce them to Gospel for Asia.&nbsp; He is currently tentatively scheduled to speak at two local churches&nbsp;in February.<BR><BR><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">From the beginning of October through the end of December</SPAN> our pledged support has increasaed from 60% to 83%, so we will be moving on down to Texas to join the home team staff as soon as our house sells.&nbsp; In the meantime, as we wait on the Lord's timing for our house to sell, we continue serving Him here as He leads.</SPAN><BR><BR><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: #333333; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">We hope you had a truly blessed Christmas!<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; "><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: #333333; FONT-SIZE: 18.5pt"><FONT size=2>In the&nbsp;month of September we spent&nbsp;less time support raising and more time preparing our house to put it up for sale so we can move to Texas and join the rest of the home team staff.&nbsp;Prepping a house for sale may not seem like it is related to the salvation of souls thousands of miles away, but it is because we will most effectively be serving at GFA once we are actually working alongside the rest of the staff and filling a need there so more people can be reached with the Good News!&nbsp; So hopefully we can have our house&nbsp;up for sale in the next couple of weeks.<br /><br />Despite our reduction in time spent on&nbsp;support raising, our support team continued to grow in September and we are now at 63% of full support.&nbsp; It seemed to go fa [...] ]]></description><content:encoded><![CDATA[<div  class="paragraph" style=" text-align: left; ">On Sunday, July 19, we had the opportunity to go to Calvary Chapel in Elk Grove Village, Illinois to speak about GFA and our role as part of the home team staff. It was a real blessing to see some brothers and sisters in the Lord whom we had not seen in a long time and to meet some for the very first time.<br /><br />This was the first presentation Joe made for GFA at a church and so we were very thankful for the opportunity. So on June 29th we travelled down to the North American Christian Convention (NACC) in Louisville, Kentucky. This was not exactly local from our home, but it was relatively local compared to travelling all the way from the home office in Carrollton, Texas.At the conference, we worked alongside another GFA volunteer who has an [...] ]]></description><content:encoded><![CDATA[<p  style=" text-align: left; ">Even though we are currently raising support to join staff at GFA, Joe still volunteers as a GFA representative at local events. So on June 29th we travelled down to the North American Christian Convention (NACC) in Louisville, Kentucky. This was not exactly local from our home, but it was relatively local compared to travelling all the way from the home office in Carrollton, Texas.<br /><br />At the conference, we worked alongside another GFA volunteer who has an awesome heart for the Lord and the lost! We were truly blessed getting to know him as we served the Lord together! Together we introduced literally hundreds of people to GFA and saw the Lord raise up new sponsors for Bridge of Hope Children and a missionary. Praise the Lord for that!<br /><br />On the home front, our support team is continuing to grow, often in unexpected ways.
