A little about Joe and Cari.

After coming to know the Lord as young adults, we met at a Bible study, were married, and became the parents of two wonderful children. The Lord is continually molding and shaping us through times of prosperity and adversity, as a potter molds and shapes his clay, into the people he desires us to be. Being passionate followers of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, we also have a passion for the lost.

For over twelve years, we served at Calvary Chapel Cardunal in Carpentersville, Illinois where Joe was Assistant Pastor and Cari worked as a staff member. In that time we enjoyed many blessings from the Lord and witnessed countless expressions of his abundant love in our lives and in the lives of those around us.

For several years Cari also worked as a volunteer and on staff at Tri-County Pregnancy & Parenting Services in Crystal Lake, Illinois and has spoken to numerous youth groups about abstinence.

The Lord has often steered a path for us in some unexpected ways. In seeking to serve Christ and share Biblical truth with his own family, Joe began to write a letter to them. This letter grew into what is now a published book. This is not at all what Joe had set out to do; but as the Lord led, he followed.

Yet again, the Lord is revealing a plan that was unexpected. For several years we have been sponsoring two native missionaries through Gospel for Asia (GFA) and last year, after reading Revolution in World Missions, Joe began volunteering as a local representative for GFA. Recently, we were invited to join the GFA home team staff. We are very excited about this opportunity and eager to serve where the Lord has called us... to Carrollton, Texas.

We are honored that the Lord has called us to help share the message of Christ with many millions who have never heard it before. Please take a look at the Gospel for Asia and Our Support Team pages to learn more about this ministry and the need for prayer and financial support.

Our mission is clear.

For "whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved." How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!"

Romans 10:13-15 (NKJV)
